David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Hampton is seeking a Racquets Manager to lead a team of Padel, Tennis and Pickleball coaches and deliver the racquets programme across the Club, ensuring members enjoy an exceptional experience every day.

You will bring LTA Level 3 or higher and strong communication, collaboration and self-starting spirit to create a thriving, inclusive culture.

• Has an L3 LTA or above and accreditation or a national governing body qualification.
• A passion for all things health and fitness, supporting others to achieve their goals.
• Great communication and collaboration skills
• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to our members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of coaches (Padel, Tennis, Pickleball) and deliver the racquets programme across the Club.
