Job summary

This role is based in Banbury, UK, reporting to the Electronics Operations Manager. It supports day-to-day operations within the electronics team, collaborating to ensure service, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

You will manufacture, maintain and test harnesses, sensors and electronic assemblies for use on and off car, and assist with workshop tooling, calibration and development of test rigs.

Qualifications

• GCSE/High School diploma required; electronics training to HNC desirable.
• Previous experience in a high-level motorsport environment is essential.
• Experience with Cirris test equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, maintain and test harnesses, sensors and electronic assemblies.
• Manage electronics workshop tooling, test equipment and stock.
• Support race car build and ensure correct installation of electronic units and wiring.
• Calibrate and test sensors and assemblies per system engineer procedures.
• Follow quality procedures and raise faults where needed.
• Assist with in-house test rigs development and implementation.
