Job summary

Red Bull Technology is seeking an Assembly Technician (Event Support) to build, service and maintain hydraulic race car systems. The role is based at our Technology HQ with worldwide travel to race and test events, supporting pre-event preparation and trackside operations.

You will work across assembly areas, ensuring deadlines are met and efficiency is maximised, with a focus on accuracy, teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced motorsport environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable mechanical assembly experience with high precision.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and assembly procedures.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• Teamwork and communication within a collaborative environment.
• Flexible working hours including weekends and extended hours.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism.
• Willingness to learn and broaden skills across assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Build, service and maintain hydraulic race car systems and assemblies with high quality.
• Primarily based at Red Bull Technology HQ, with worldwide travel to race and test events.
• Work across assembly areas to meet deadlines and maximise efficiency.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach in support of objectives.
• Complete all assembly work with technical accuracy and ownership of workmanship.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and KPIs.
