A leading engineering company in Kent seeks a Race Car Build Technician to assist in building and developing a high-performance two-seater race car. The role involves maintenance, setup, and providing trackside support, targeting a competitive racing season. Race Car Build Technician
RT Quaife Engineering Ltd is a well-established engineering company based in Kent, with over 50 years of experience. We specialise in providing powertrain solutions to the motorsport industry, controlling the entire process from design to manufacture in-house. Our modern facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure we remain at the forefront of our field.
Our new project aims to build one of the fastest two-seater cars in the world. Designed over the past three years with meticulous in-house development, every component has been carefully engineered for optimal performance and weight reduction, including custom parts such as the chassis, uprights, gearbox, engine, wheels, and more.
The car will initially compete in the UK Time Attack, a less regulated championship allowing for innovative design and development.
