Job summary

Culina Group is seeking a Record to Report Analyst to join our Finance Operations team in Warrington. This part-qualified role covers financial accounting, reporting and month-end across multiple entities, with a focus on process improvements and controls.

Working pattern is hybrid—3 days in the office, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate is pursuing ACA/ACCA/CIMA with R2R/GL experience and strong Excel and SAP skills.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA status, or working toward a professional qualification.
• Experience in Financial Accounting, Record to Report or General Ledger.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end processes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and stakeholder communication.
• Experience using SAP and multi-entity environments.
• Exposure to process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close across multiple legal entities.
• Prepare and post journals, accruals, prepayments, intercompany transactions and other adjustments.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances and resolve outstanding items.
• Support statutory accounting, year-end audits and the preparation of financial reporting and statements.
• Work with Finance Partners to reconcile intercompany balances.
• Contribute to process improvements while ensuring internal controls and policies.
