• Experience leading major transformation portfolios in complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple transformation workstreams across the R&D portfolio.
• Drive delivery, managing milestones, dependencies, risks and governance across the programme.
• Engage senior stakeholders, including SVP-level clients, to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
