Job summary

Randox Laboratories in Crumlin seeks an R&D Toxicology Scientist to join the research and development team. The role focuses on developing and validating new immunoassay tests for screening drugs and metabolites, covering design planning, antibody characterisation, feasibility, verification, validation and transfer to manufacturing.

You will also help resolve technical queries and support R&D investigations to achieve quick, satisfactory resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in biochemistry, chemistry, immunology or a life science subject.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise within given projects.
