Randox Laboratories Ltd. is seeking an R&D Scientist to join the Immunoassay Development team near Crumlin.

The role involves developing diagnostic products, improving current assays, and delivering rigorous data analysis from reagents through to verification and validation. The position requires a degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry or Life Science, with experience in immunoassay principles, independent work capability, and strong writing skills.

Qualifications

• This role requires a degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry or Life Science with immunoassay knowledge.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary R&D team.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills with data interpretation.

Responsabilités

• Develop diagnostic products and improve existing ones within the Immunoassay Development team.
• Meet targets on established R&D projects and document results rigorously.
• Prepare Design and Development Plans, risk management and specifications.
• Perform experimental work from reagents to Verification and Validation.
• Transfer products to manufacturing per company procedures and operate lab equipment.
• Develop clinical multiplexed biochip assays.
