Position Overview
Support the current ostomy care product range and contribute to the development of new technologies and products by working in collaboration with the R&D and lab teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform physical testing within a quality-controlled ISO13485 & ISO9001 laboratory following GMP/GLP procedures.
2. Develop physical test methods to support NPD.
3. Document, analyze, interpret, and report laboratory data.
4. Support the creation and maintenance of DHFs for new products.
5. Produce R&D prototypes and conduct relevant physical testing.
6. Calibrate and maintain test equipment.
7. Develop good working relationships within a multidisciplinary team.
8. Support the R&D team with shipping samples and raising POs as needed.

Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of physical testing within the medical devices industry.
• Aptitude for technical problem solving.
• Ability to work safely and accurately in an R&D laboratory to produce valid test data.
• Ability to comply with GMP and documentation practices.
• Scientific understanding of technical R&D requirements.
• Logical thinking to analyze and interpret data from various sources.
• Proactive team player, adaptable to change.

Qualifications/Education
Degree or equivalent in a relevant science-related subject.

• External: Lab vendors and test houses for coordinating activities.

Travel Requirements

Up to 10% travel, mainly within Europe.
