Redfox has been exclusively commissioned by a market-leading technology business that develops a natural substance to combat insects, reducing crop losses and turf damage safely. Their patented products are available across Europe, USA, China, Japan, Australia, and South Africa.

The company aims to expand its international distribution network and explore new applications in agriculture, horticulture, sports, home & garden, and medical fields.

We are seeking an R&D Technical Lead for West Africa to drive sales and develop strong relationships with distributors and key influencers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop annual and long-term strategies to maximize revenue in the territory.
• Manage distributor relationships and support their activities.
• Build relationships with industry influencers and key crop stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in agricultural or horticultural discipline preferred.
• Knowledge of specialty cropping across different climates.
• Experience in crop protection sales and marketing.
• Understanding of Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
• Regulatory knowledge is a plus.
• Languages: French and English are highly advantageous.
• Results-driven, strategic thinker, willing to travel extensively.
