This is a standout opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to step into a senior leadership role within a highly respected and supportive environment. You will take full ownership of the R&D tax proposition in Scotland advising clients on complex reliefs, ensuring claims are optimised, and delivering high-quality technical insight. Beyond client delivery, you will help shape the strategic direction of the practice, drive growth through business development, and mentor and develop future leaders within the team.
