Job summary

Stryker in Belfast is seeking a motivated co-op student to join our PMO and R&D teams. You will support the production and control of defibrillator product documentation in line with the Company’s QMS and medical device regulatory requirements.

You will assist with creating and maintaining documentation, SOPs, user manuals, and product lifecycle literature while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentors. Flexible hours and a supportive culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work within a team and support cross-functional teams.
• Studying for a higher education qualification in engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing and maintaining R&D technical documentation.
• Assist in creation of SOPs, work instructions and Bills of Materials.
• Review and edit documentation for accuracy and traceability.
• Create and maintain user manuals and instruction booklets.
• Support preparation for Design Review Meetings and regulatory submissions.
• Attend project meetings and report progress.
