Job summary

Peak Recruitment | Food & Agriculture seeks an experienced R&D Process Engineer to develop and scale innovative manufacturing processes, products and technologies. You will lead projects from concept and laboratory testing through to pilot plant trials and commercial production.

The role suits engineers or scientists from food, biotech, pharma, life sciences, chemicals, polymers or extrusion tech, with strong process engineering and product development experience. On-site with travel.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or R&D environment.
Experience designing, testing, and optimising manufacturing processes and technologies.
Background in food, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, chemicals, polymers, or extrusion technology preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from concept and laboratory testing through to pilot plant trials and commercial production.
Develop innovative manufacturing processes, products and technologies to improve customer productivity.
Work on-site with international travel and collaboration across markets.
