Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Brewing and Distilling, Food Science, Chemistry or related discipline.
• A-levels, or equivalent, including a science subject.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of at least one technical project with support from the wider team.
• Support research sample production from start to finish, including production requirements, scheduling, testing and storage.
• Champion safe working practices and Good Laboratory Practice.
• Support technicians with day-to-day running of the pilot plant, including ingredient stocks and routine instrument calibrations.
• Maintain accurate records and follow procedures; contribute to R&D projects.
