Job summary

Haleon seeks a senior leader to connect laboratory instruments, platforms and workflows, generating trusted analytical data to accelerate scientific research and scale-up. The role shapes the data landscape across global labs and sites, including Weybridge, Levice, Richmond and beyond.

You will drive intelligent laboratories, ensure regulatory and data integrity, and lead a global team with external partners to deliver measurable R&D value and AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Master's degree level or equivalent in relevant technology or scientific fields with strong understanding of R&D processes.
• Extensive experience in R&D analytics leadership within consumer health, biopharma, technology or biotech industries.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and advanced analytics in R&D environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape the laboratory and analytical-data roadmap across laboratories, pilot plants and sites.
• Connect instruments, platforms, workflows and data with integrity, traceability and interoperability.
• Deliver and sustain laboratory and site technology capabilities with clear ownership and budgets.
• Drive adoption and measurable R&D outcomes by influencing processes and investments.
