You will work on real projects within R&D, collaborating across teams and developing practical skills while contributing to new product development.

Starting 5 July 2027, the program supports professional growth, leadership development, and potential progression to a full‑time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• BSc in scientific or engineering disciplines, graduating in 2029 with a placement year.
• Open to graduates in 2027/2028 or those already graduated who can do a 12‑month placement.

Responsibilities

• Work on real and live business challenges as part of a project team.
• Engage in hands‑on lab work, learn from mentors, and develop leadership skills.
