Procter & Gamble in Newcastle is offering a 12-month paid industrial placement for STEM students, with real projects and hands-on lab experience in R&D.

You will work on live business challenges, receive formal training and mentoring, and have the chance to join P&G after graduation. The paid placement (£27,000/year) includes a competitive benefits package and the opportunity to develop leadership and teamwork skills in a global company.

Formación

• University students pursuing a BSc in scientific or engineering degrees graduating in 2029 with a placement year as part of their degree.
• Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong passion for research and innovation.
• Strong verbal and written English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work on real and live business challenges from day one on specific projects.
• Receive formal training and mentoring to develop technical and leadership skills.
• Collaborate with R&D, product development and technology teams to drive projects forward.
