Kite Packaging has a brilliant opportunity for an R&D Design Engineer to join their team in Coventry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a team of technically skilled professionals on multiple projects, developing innovative packaging solutions from design briefs through to completion, involving regular interaction with various internal teams.

The candidate should be proficient in CAD, especially SolidWorks, and capable of developing designs using various materials such as corrugate, foam, timber, steel, plastics, conveyance, and robotics. Experience in design for manufacture and a portfolio of concept and manufacturing drawings are required.

The role involves:
