Job summary

Electrogenos is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to own the delivery of high‑impact projects as we scale towards MW-scale pilot deployments and a manufacturing pathway.

You will define, plan, and drive a portfolio of concurrent projects, coordinating scientists, engineers, and external partners to hit milestones on time and within scope. This senior role requires leadership and strategic thinking across R&D and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project or programme delivery.
• Track record of landing technical projects on time.
• Fluency with project planning tools and Gantt charts.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership.
• Excellent written communication and reporting to leadership.
• Solid risk and issue management.
• Autonomous, senior mindset with end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones with founders and leads.
• Create and maintain detailed plans (Gantt, critical path, dependency maps).
• Coordinate delivery across R&D, engineering, and external partners.
• Own the critical path, anticipate blockers, and keep work moving.
• Manage risk and issue registers and drive mitigations.
• Lead project reviews and steering meetings; track commitments.
• Read technical docs to understand status and ask the right questions.
• Provide board visibility with clear status readouts and dashboards.
• Hold multiple projects in parallel and prevent drift.
