Job Description

To define & manage the Civil Law Cluster Quote to Cash processes, development, and deployment roadmap. Working with operational teams, internal and external customers to identify requirements and build a program of projects and IT developments to enhance the end-to-end process and system landscape, from enquiries, quotes, order management, collection bookings, sample tracking, lab operations, result reporting, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, understanding their requirements and organizational cultures.
  • Liaise with customers to identify needs and support building a user experience that is industry-leading, ensuring customer retention and scalable business growth.
  • Communicate customer requests and priorities to internal stakeholders to align development system & process roadmaps.
  • Define business processes supporting the quote to cash process across the CLC cluster for various business lines and sectors.
  • Define & monitor KPIs for Q2C processes and customer feedback.
  • Maintain good interpersonal skills, including with customers.
  • Define and manage SOPs, work instructions, Customer Operational Protocols, and communicate changes across CLC teams.
  • Adhere to CLC / EFS policies and processes as per the Employee Handbook.
  • Perform daily roles aligned with Eurofins values of customer focus, competence, and team spirit.
Qualifications
Preferred Knowledge, Experience, and Technical Skills
  • Experience in operational processes in Quote to Cash within B2B & B2C contexts.
  • System & process development/deployment in CRM, ERP, and testing/service industries.
  • Strong financial understanding of invoicing, P&L, and balance sheet management.
  • Project & program management experience, especially in regulated environments.
  • Experience in post M&A, transformation, and transitional deployment.
  • Experience in high throughput forensic environments.
  • IT proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-suite, CRM, ERP, Power BI, LMS.
  • Knowledge of DNA profiling & drug alcohol toxicology processes and legislation.
