Your role in our mission

• Manage daily operations of our global Apttus Billing Platform.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to manage customer orders, contract renewals, and invoicing.
• Process and review new customer orders, suborders, and contract renewals.
• Contribute to system improvements and platform enhancements.
• Partner with the Salesforce team for training and process documentation.
• Support user experience improvements through trend analysis and targeted training.
