Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and qualified conveyancer who can manage their own caseload independently from start to finish. This position will suit someone who values accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication. The role is carried out remotely, with support available when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling all aspects of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
  • Managing a varied caseload independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintaining clear communication with clients, solicitors, and third parties throughout transactions
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork
  • Ensuring all work meets relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
Requirements
  • Recognised legal qualification in conveyancing (e.g. CLC, Solicitor, Legal Executive)
  • Proven experience managing conveyancing files independently
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
  • Ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload
  • Proficient in using case management systems and standard IT tools
