You will oversee all QuickSTAT UK operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and a consistent focus on service excellence and lead health and safety strategy, promoting a safety-first culture through compliance, training, and continuous improvement.

Customer satisfaction is central to this role, ensure client needs are consistently met and service standards are upheld across the organization. You will also manage adherence to pricing structures and group policies within the UK network, maintaining operational and financial consistency.

How you create impact
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end logistics operations, including exports, imports, transport, warehousing, and customer service, with a focus on compliance and efficiency.
  • Proven capability in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. Strong ability to foster a positive, inclusive culture that promotes engagement, collaboration, and continuous growth.
  • Understanding of employee engagement strategies, including experience with tools like the Great Place to Work survey and action planning.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and internal QSHE requirements, particularly within time-critical or temperature-sensitive logistics environments.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L, develop business cases, and align financial performance with strategic goals.
  • Experience in designing and implementing operational policies that enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions through structured reporting and performance metrics.
  • Skilled in leading change initiatives, aligning local execution with global strategies, and driving continuous improvement.
