Islesofscilly Travel at Penzance Quay is seeking a Quay Hand for a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week). Reporting to the Quay Manager, you will handle day-to-day loading and unloading of company vessels.

The role covers docking/undocking, freight handling, and maintaining customer service standards. Evening and weekend work is required, with bank holidays considered part of the normal working week.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is desirable but training can be arranged.
• Right to Work in the UK is required.
• Work wear provided.

A new opportunity has become available for a Quay Hand based at Penzance Quay. Reporting to the Quay Manager, this role focuses on the day-to-day operations of the loading and unloading of the company vessels.

HOURS:FULL TIME, 40 HOURS A WEEK. THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE EVENING & WEEKEND WORK, BANK HOLIDAYS ARE CONSIDERED PART OF THE NORMAL WORKING WEEK.
