About The Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high quality of plans are delivered by every template surveyor within the business.
  • Assist templaters with queries regarding the survey.
  • Audit on-site templates and collaborate with the team to correct errors to enhance customer experience.
  • Work towards minimizing errors within the business.
  • Train others on new features in the planner, process, and product.
  • Act as the expert and go-to person for planner and Quartz product-related queries.
  • Provide constructive feedback on opportunities within the planner, systems, and training to improve efficiency.
  • Complete daily reports on plans checked, training sessions, and timesheets.
  • Participate in regular meetings with peers to share feedback and ideas for improvement.
  • Identify and report additional training needs to Template Training Managers.
  • Attend training sessions for new launches, improvements, and changes to the planner system to maintain expert knowledge.
  • Manage and update template equipment to ensure teams have necessary tools.
  • Record audits and prepare performance reports.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures related to Health and Safety, as outlined in the IMS Responsibilities document.

Our basic salary is £28,250 plus a quarterly bonus of up to £2,000, allowing you to earn up to £36,250 annually.
