Quantity Surveyors - Prime Residential

Premises Recruitment is working with established main contractors in the Prime and Super Prime Residential market.

The current vacancies for Quantity Surveyors in the Country Homes market include:

• Project or Senior QS - Guildford, Surrey: Leading Prime Residential specialist, seeking a Project QS or Senior QS for a £10m+ super prime residential project, reporting to the Commercial Director.
• Quantity Surveyor - Haywards Heath Site / Caterham Office: Salary £50k to £75k + benefits or day rate, for an intermediate or experienced assistant QS, working on a super prime residential refurbishment in West Sussex.
• Quantity Surveyor - Oxford/Bucks: Salary £65k to £75k + full benefits, for an experienced QS on projects between £5m and £15m in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
