2) Project or Senior QS - Guildford, Surrey

Leading, brand name Prime Residential specialist. One of the top 3 main contractors operating in this niche sector.

• Seeking a Project QS or Senior QS for a £10m+ Super Prime residential project in Surrey
• Reporting to the Commercial Director.

2) Quantity Surveyor - Haywards Heath Site / Caterham Office

£50k to £75k + bens or Day Rate Equivalent

Niche, close knit prime residential specialist who are expanding at a controlled rate.

Undertake projects as a main contractor, construction management and as developer.

• Seeking an intermediate level quantity surveyor or an experienced assistant QS
• Office and Site based - a super prime residential refurbishment in West Sussex

3) Quantity Surveyor - Oxford/Bucks

£65k to £75k + full benefits package

• Seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for projects in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire area, between £5m and £15m.
