Quantity Surveyors - Prime Residential

Premises Recruitment is working with established main contractors in the Prime and Super Prime Residential market.

The current vacancies for Quantity Surveyors include:

• Project or Senior QS - Guildford, Surrey: Leading Prime Residential specialist, £10m+ super prime project, reporting to the Commercial Director.
• Quantity Surveyor - Haywards Heath Site / Caterham Office: £50k to £75k + benefits, office and site-based role in West Sussex for a super prime residential refurbishment.
• Quantity Surveyor - Oxford/Bucks: £65k to £75k + full benefits, for projects between £5m and £15m in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
