The current vacancies for Quantity Surveyors in the Country Homes sector include:

• Project or Senior QS - Guildford, Surrey: Leading Prime Residential specialist. One of the top 3 main contractors in this sector. Seeking a Project QS or Senior QS for a £10m+ Super Prime residential project in Surrey, reporting to the Commercial Director.
• Quantity Surveyor - Haywards Heath Site / Caterham Office: Salary range £50k to £75k + benefits or Day Rate. A close-knit prime residential company expanding steadily. Position involves working on a super prime residential refurbishment in West Sussex, either as a main contractor, construction manager, or developer. Looking for an intermediate or experienced assistant QS.
• Quantity Surveyor - Oxford/Bucks: Salary £65k to £75k + full benefits. Seeking an experienced QS for projects between £5m and £15m in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, with good career development opportunities.
