Quantity Surveyors - Super Prime Residential, Derby

Premises Recruitment is working with established main contractors in the Prime and Super Prime Residential market. We currently have live vacancies for Quantity Surveyors in the Country Homes sector:

Vacancies:

1. Project or Senior QS - Guildford, Surrey
2. Leading Prime Residential specialist, one of the top 3 main contractors in this sector.
3. Seeking a Project QS or Senior QS for a £10m+ Super Prime residential project in Surrey.
4. Reporting to the Commercial Director.

Additional Opportunities:

1. Quantity Surveyor - Haywards Heath Site / Caterham Office
2. Salary: £50k to £75k + benefits or Day Rate.
3. Role involves working on a super prime residential refurbishment in West Sussex, with office and site work.
4. Seeking an intermediate or experienced assistant QS.

Another Role:

1. Quantity Surveyor - Oxford/Bucks
2. Salary: £65k to £75k + full benefits.
3. Projects in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, valued between £5m and £15m.
