Qualifications

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related construction discipline.
  • Relevant experience within a consultancy (PQS) environment.
  • Strong understanding of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Familiarity with NEC and JCT contract forms.
  • Experience supporting or leading cost management on building projects.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.

A long-established construction consultancy is seeking Quantity Surveyors at all levels to join its expanding Belfast office. With a strong track record of delivering large-scale and prestigious projects across Northern Ireland and the UK, the company plays a key role in shaping high-profile developments in sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, residential, and public infrastructure.

Your new role as a Quantity Surveyor
You will be involved in the cost management and commercial oversight of complex building projects, working closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams. From early-stage feasibility through to final account, you will contribute to the full project lifecycle, delivering best-in-class consultancy services on some of the region's most exciting developments.

What you will need to succeed as a Quantity Surveyor
