• Administer NEC contracts ensuring compliance.
• Prepare subcontract documentation and evaluate performance.
• Track project performance against budget.

Skills

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor

Knowledge of NEC contracts

Cost management expertise

Strong negotiation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Education

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

Membership or working towards RICS/CICES
