Job summary

Turner Property Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the Leeds team, delivering high-quality surveying services across various sectors. You will work with clients and project teams to achieve successful commercial outcomes and progress toward senior leadership roles within a growing consultancy.

Qualifications

• Consultancy-based quantity surveying experience required.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• MRICS status preferred but not essential depending on level.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality quantity surveying services through the project lifecycle.
• Prepare cost plans and estimates.
• Manage procurement and tender processes.
• Contract administration.
• Cost reporting and valuations.
• Risk and value management.
• Agree final accounts.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues.
• Contribute to business development and team growth.
