Key Requirements:

• Experience as a Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor, preferably from a construction consultancy or client-side background.
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Construction Management, or related field.
• Must be based within commuting distance of Birmingham city centre; some travel required.
