In this role, you will provide pre and post-contract commercial management advice and partner with our customers. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic review of commercial models and contracts
  • Contract administration
  • Reviewing and advising on the commercial impact of contract matters
  • Adjudicating and advising on Compensation Events
  • Managing Change and Risk through EWN’s and CE’s
  • Approval of key Subcontracts and project reports
  • Reviewing procurement strategies and supply chain matters
  • Reviewing and recommending subcontract tender reports
  • Processing Applications for Payment
  • Adjudicating and advising on Quotations for Compensation Events
  • Leading / Attending Commercial / Contract meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems

About You

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience supporting UK Projects, preferably in Aviation
  • Experience with NEC3/4 contracts
  • Experience working with risk and audit functions
  • Experience in cost verification, audits, and financial reviews on infrastructure projects
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Methodical approach to work
  • Good organizational skills and adaptability
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and numeracy skills
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Power BI
  • Experience in contract management systems
  • Ability to absorb complex information quickly
  • Ability to work in a team or lead a team

  • MRICS membership or working towards it
