As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for delivering work driven by excellence - and doing the right thing. We have a reputation for working on some of the UK's most high-profile commissions across a wide range of projects and sectors, including infrastructure, education, corporate real estate, retail, residential, aviation, and healthcare. As well as building long-term, sustainable relationships with key clients, you'll also be a catalyst for your colleagues' career progression. We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on our varied project portfolio across the education, residential, commercial, aviation, and hotel property sectors.
You will be expected to apply your professional knowledge and judgement, only referring to senior colleagues for more complicated matters. Thinking laterally as well as applying logic, you will communicate complex problems in clear language. You will need to evaluate alternatives, weigh up pros and cons, and make informed decisions. You will have to demonstrate a service-oriented mindset and establish and maintain effective relationships across your projects.
