Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Woking is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our regional main contractor team. You will handle projects from £1m to £13m across commercial, retail, education, healthcare and residential sectors, delivering procurement, valuations, and final accounts end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Construction-related degree or HNC required.
• Experience administering JCT contracts preferred.
• Must have full right to work in the UK.
• Live within commutable distance to Woking.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract procurement.
• Manage subcontractor accounts on site, including variations.
• Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client.
• Deal with final accounts.
