ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a top 5 industry leader within RC Frame and Groundworks on major projects within reinforced concrete structures supporting the successful delivery of high-profile Civil related schemes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control, contract administration, and commercial reporting throughout the lifecycle of the project. You’ll play a key part in ensuring value for money, maintaining budgetary control, and driving profitability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Previous experience working with a Civil Engineering, Groundwork, or RC Frame subcontractor
• Proven experience managing project budgets from £1m – £10m
