Our client is a well-known RC Frame and Groundwork contractor based in North West London. The company has a turnover of over £100 million per annum, with project values ranging from £5m to £15m. Their expertise spans Civil, Infrastructure, Commercial, and Residential projects.

About the Role

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m to £20m. As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for CVR Meetings, developing future client relationships, and maximizing project profit margins.

Requirements

• Proven skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
