Quantity Surveyor – RC Frame & Groundworks

London | £350 - £400 per day + Package / Benefits (LTD or PAYE)

About the Role

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor—preferably at senior level—to join their commercial team.

You will support the Commercial Department across multiple projects valued between £1 million and £10 million. The role involves managing project costs, optimizing profit margins, securing timely payments, and nurturing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the financial and contractual aspects of RC frame and groundwork projects
• Supporting and mentoring junior QS team members
• Assisting with estimating and tender reviews
• Ensuring projects are delivered profitably, while maintaining strong client engagement

About You

• Ideally an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, though strong intermediates will also be considered
• Background in RC Frame and Groundworks essential
• Previous exposure to estimating processes
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with a civil engineering or RC Frame/Groundworks contractor
