Job Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for a degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m – £50m.

As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs to maximize project profit margins and ensure timely payments, while developing future client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• This role is best suited to an experienced Quantity Surveyor with skills developed within a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor.
• Ideally, you should be degree educated in Quantity Surveying.
• 2 – 4 years of experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
