Salary: £60,000

Location: York

Regions: East Midlands, Hampshire, Liverpool, Manchester, Midlands, Nationwide, North East, North of England, Oxfordshire, Yorkshire

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will provide a comprehensive, accurate, and value-driven service for large, high-profile, and exciting key commercial and corporate clients.

Job Duties:

  1. Feasibility estimates, cost planning (presenting with no supervision), contract procurement, tender documentation, value engineering, and commercial awareness.
  2. Fee generation, dispute resolution, post-contract management (competent in cost reporting).
  3. Drive performance standards through expert communication and effective use of the performance management process.
  4. Work on projects of diverse scope, evaluating data and situations to solve problems effectively.
  5. Manage projects using APIC, Pinnacle/ePMP, and other management systems/protocols.
  6. Identify and develop marketing opportunities, informing Directors and Business Development to follow up on potential leads for new business.
  7. Significant experience in the Commercial Market, with training within a PQS business.
  8. Ideally degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar, and hold Chartered status.
