A local government authority in Dudley is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to join their Housing Maintenance team. The successful candidate will lead a team in managing various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance and high-quality delivery. A Level 5 qualification in Surveying or related field is required, along with strong project management experience and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary.
