Job summary

Future plc is seeking a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor transitioning into a specialist procurement role. You will manage subcontractor procurement packages from tender to appointment, and negotiate terms with subcontractors and suppliers.

Working alongside pre-construction and site teams, you will help secure packages ahead of project delivery and support commercial decisions across multiple projects. The role offers development within a growing contractor portfolio.

Qualifications
