This role involves working on a diverse portfolio of construction projects valued up to £20 million, delivered using the NEC contract. Attendance at the Derby office is required 2-3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive Quantity Surveying duties from project start to finish, working individually and as part of a team
• Prepare cost plans, estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents, and payment assessments
• Manage construction phase contracts including change management, contractor payments, and final accounts
• Generate reports and data in line with management and client requirements
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure integrated client service delivery
• Build and maintain client relationships, delivering excellent service in collaboration with senior management
