GRAHAM is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for the Children's Hospital project at the Royal Victoria Hospital site in Belfast. The role is permanent with a minimum of two years on site and sits within the contractor's Build division.

The surveyor will manage project expenditure, contractual matters and commercial performance throughout delivery, including preparing budgets, procuring work and controlling costs.

Qualifikationen

• Applicants need previous construction quantity surveying experience and a relevant degree.
• Forecasting costs, preparing budgets and commercial reports, negotiating and managing stakeholder relationships are desirable.
• Candidates should be able to handle several projects.
• Experience on major projects delivered at pace, knowledge of current construction and fit-out methods, and membership of RICS or CIOB are desirable.
