Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial management for an alliance contract in its Lincoln or Peterborough region. You will report to the Commercial Lead, ensuring accurate reporting, governance compliance, and proactive risk management.

The role requires NEC3 contract knowledge, a relevant degree, and professional qualification (e.g., RICS/CIOB/ICE). Travel across the AW region is expected as part of duties and collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of NEC3 forms of contract.
• Thorough understanding of construction and contract law.
• Relevant professional qualification e.g. RICS, CIOB, ICE.
• Degree in construction or commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial management for an allocated programme area of an alliance contract.
• Be accountable to the Commercial Lead and responsible for timely, accurate commercial reporting.
• Ensure adherence to alliance governance and satisfy contractual and legal requirements.
• Identify and deliver commercial process efficiencies and manage commercial risk.
• Foster close working relationships with key stakeholders and promote collaboration.
