Are you a meticulous and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge in the utilities and infrastructure sector? We're working with a major ICP delivering critical projects across the UK, and they're now seeking a Midlands-based QS to bolster their commercial team.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Oversee the financial performance of key infrastructure contracts from tender to final account

  • Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and contractual documentation

  • Monitor budgets and forecasts while ensuring commercial compliance and risk mitigation

  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure value is delivered

  • Drive accuracy in reporting and support key project milestones


What You'll Bring:


  • Proven Quantity Surveying experience within utilities, civil engineering, or power sectors

  • Strong grasp of NEC contract administration and commercial governance

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

  • A degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline

  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
