Job summary

My client, a leading UK property consultancy, is seeking multiple Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyors to join their London office. The roles span from Assistant to Associate levels on high-profile projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor (PQS) on M&E projects.
• Involvement from inception to completion on property/building projects.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost planning, procurement and reporting.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

THE POSITION

They are actively looking torecruit a number ofM&E Quantity Surveyors to join the London office at anything from Assistant to Associate level. Depending on the individual Quantity Surveyors will be given the chance to work on some of the UK's biggest and best projects as wellwork overseas if this is of interest.Value of projects can range from £1 – £100 million. The projects will be across a range of sectors but with a focus on Public sector.

THE CANDIDATE

The successfulM&E Quantity Surveyorsmust:

Have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor (PQS) on the Mechanical and/or Electrical side

Have experience working on projects within Property / Building

Have experience working on projects frominceptionto completion

Havegood communicationand client facing skills
