Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Manchester is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to deliver comprehensive pre- and post-contract services. This role involves working across sectors such as healthcare and education, managing cost plans and liaising with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a BSc in Quantity Surveying and ideally be working towards Chartered Status (MRICS).

• Minimum 2 years’ professional experience.
• Solid understanding of NEC and JCT contract forms.
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector is desirable.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and growing consultancy looking to expand their team with a skilled Quantity Surveyor based in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of sectors, including Healthcare, Education, and Commercial, supporting projects from pre to post contract stage.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services

Provide commercial input across multiple live projects

Requirements:

BSc in Quantity Surveying
